The carrier and its assigned driver are jointly and individually authorized to operate and transport the customer’s vehicle between the designated pickup location and delivery destination listed on the Prime Auto Movers LLC Auto Transport Order Agreement.
2- Carrier Insurance & Damage Claims
All transportation-related damage claims are covered by the assigned carrier’s cargo insurance, ranging from $100,000 to $250,000, along with a minimum of $750,000 in public liability and property damage coverage.
All damage must be documented and signed for at the time of delivery, and claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery.
3- Personal Items & Luggage Policy
Personal belongings must be stored securely inside the trunk and may not exceed 100 lbs. Heavy, loose, or improperly loaded items are not permitted. The carrier assumes no liability for damages resulting from excessive or improper loading of personal property.
4- Vehicle Condition Requirements
Vehicles must be handed over in good running condition with no more than half a tank of fuel. Carriers are not responsible for damages caused by leaking fluids, freezing weather, unsecured antennas, or exhaust-system issues.
Any loss or damage must be documented on the Bill of Lading and signed at the time of delivery.
5- Rescheduling & Vehicle Unavailability
If a carrier arrives for pickup and the vehicle is not ready or accessible, a $75 rescheduling fee will apply.
If the customer is unavailable during pickup or delivery, an authorized representative must be arranged.
If the vehicle becomes unavailable within the scheduled pickup window after an order is placed, Prime Auto Movers LLC reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.
6- Pickup Window, Timing & Cancellations
Prime Auto Movers LLC works to schedule a carrier as quickly as possible based on the customer’s preferred dates; however, specific pickup or delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
A $200 administrative fee applies to orders canceled up to one week after the requested pickup date.
Prime Auto Movers LLC does not cover rental car expenses or mechanical issues that arise during or after transport.
7- Non-Operational Vehicle Fee
A $150 non-operational fee applies to all inoperable vehicles and will be included in the final quote. If a vehicle becomes non-operational during transit, this additional fee will be added to the original transport cost.
8- Payment Terms & Charge back Policy
The customer agrees to pay the full quoted amount due to Prime Auto Movers LLC for completed vehicle transport services and will not dispute or charge back any payment.
This policy and the carrier’s Bill of Lading constitute the full agreement between the customer and Prime Auto Movers LLC. No verbal or previous written statements alter this agreement unless signed by an authorized company representative.
Prime Auto Movers LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
9- Exclusive Booking Requirement
Customers agree not to work with any other auto transport broker or carrier during the active shipping period of their booking.
If a customer is found to be double-booking with another broker or carrier, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
