1. General Terms
Prime Auto Movers LLC arranges vehicle transportation based on your order and
coordinates pickup and delivery with our contracted carriers and drivers. While
we strive to match your requested dates, exact timing cannot be guaranteed due
to factors like scheduling, weather, or mechanical issues.
2. Cancellation by Customer
– Cancellations made more than 7 days before the requested
pickup date will incur a $200 administrative fee, which will
be deducted from your deposit or refunded amount.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup, or
once a carrier has been assigned, are non-refundable, as our
services have already been deployed.
3. Vehicle Readiness & Rescheduling
– If your vehicle isn’t ready at the arranged pickup time, a $75
rescheduling fee will be applied.
– Failing to notify us or provide an alternate representative may result in
cancellation without refund.
4. Non‑Operational Vehicle Fee
– For non-running vehicles, a $150 non-operational surcharge
is added to the cost. If this condition changes after booking, we will adjust
the quote accordingly.
5. Working with Multiple Brokers or Carriers
– During the period your shipment is active, you should not engage with any
other broker or carrier. Doing so may result in forfeiture of the deposit,
which becomes non-refundable.
6. Insurance Claims Process
– Claims for damage must be recorded on the Bill of Lading (inspection report)
and signed by both you and the driver at delivery.
– Written notification of any damage must be submitted to Prime Auto Movers LLC
within 15 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
7. Policy Enforcement & Changes
– Prime Auto Movers LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify orders based on
carrier availability or operational needs. This policy reflects our current
terms and is subject to updates.
